Antoinette's Care Facility for Non-Minor Dependents (NMD) is dedicated to empowering males aged 18 to 21 as they transition into independent adulthood. Our program focuses on providing a structured yet supportive environment where residents can develop essential life skills, build financial independence, and address their unique emotional and educational needs. Through personalized care plans, mentorship opportunities, and access to resources like counseling and job training, we aim to nurture their growth into confident, self-sufficient adults.

 

Our approach centers on a combination of individualized attention and community integration. Residents engage in tailored workshops on topics such as budgeting, career preparation, and self-advocacy, ensuring they acquire practical skills for real-world success. Additionally, we partner with local organizations to create pathways for employment, education, and social participation.
